  Unprofessional, unclean, unpleasant environment. Front desk person really set the tone for the experience with their unprofessional attitude. The patient care tech who took me to my room, collected vitals and history was extremely unpleasant, she seemed like she didn’t even know what she was doing. I understand there’s a possibility people may still be learning and in training, everyone needs to learn! However she was extremely ill-mannered. At this point I was dissatisfied with my experience, but was still hopeful to meet the doctor. While the doctor had a friendly disposition, her attire was beyond unprofessional - I couldn’t even believe it!! She was wearing clothing that literally looked like pajamas and crocs with fuzzy socks!! My whole experience sounded made up - I left the clinic and couldn’t help but laugh. Safe to say I won’t be returning. If i had to use one adjective to describe the staff it would be “unkept” - and this is supposed to be a healthcare facility…

  I’ve been a few times for one time appointments but will be switching to them for my PCP! Every time has been so quick and easy and everyone is so nice. Especially Ashley and Ashanti at my most recent appointment!

  I have been here a few times. All the doctors seem to care and do their best to help! Dr. Knight in particular has been very sweet and helpful trying to get to the bottom of everything and not taking the easy way out. She listens and has taken what I have said seriously. She asks questions instead of assuming, which is fantastic!

  I had a terrible experience with doctor Bao-vi. I told her my concerns with losing weight even though I eat well and exercise extremely often (I'm even a fitness content creator). That being said life style choices is not the problem it has to be a deeper issue. received blood paneling and waited for a follow up that I never received. I called to see if the results came back and the front desk lady read to me that I need to work out daily and go on a Mediterranean diet. I wasted my time and money with this doctor NEVER again!

  The place was good, with the exception of the reception area, the receptionist didn’t seem very professional to start, but I let it go because I did notice she was having to handle walk ins, appointments and phone calls all on her own, which seems overwhelming. After leaving the office I received a call from her saying I had a balance due for some test, (that I didn't have done) I told her that was not me, after insisting it wasn’t me she put me on hold and came back said “sorry about that” and hung up. Note, that she did try to charge my card on file for the cost of those test, $110…luckily it didn’t go through, but now I am not very comfortable with leaving a card on file after she tried to charge for someone else’s testing. Overall, the doctor and nurses were good, unfortunately the receptionist incident does make me feel uneasy about returning, very disappointed.
