  Soooo easy to make an appointment, kind of confused why they have a front desk associate when you’re expected to check in via your phone?? She didn’t even acknowledge that we were there. BUTTT once we got called back it was a 10/10 experience! The medical assistant was very sweet, gentle and showed empathy. The doctor was absolutely AMAZING! They were quick but thorough. Definitely my go-to urgent care from now on!

  The Nurse Practitioner came in talk so fast said his name then told me he was recording ask a couple of questions and stood up said will call you in antibiotics and left.

  Had a bad case of sciatica and scheduled an appointment with a different non-urgent aid until they called and let me know they weren't in my network but American Family Care was. Made an appointment online and they could see me right away. It was so quick and easy and I got the care I needed and I was able to sleep through the night without pain.

  Amazing group of folks. So very helpful and KIND! They also know their stuff. I most definitely will make them my “go to” place for my healthcare needs!

  My daughter was seen fast and they was amazing a mom Who is worried and stressed I felt more knowledgeable and aware of what to do with my daughters situation and I felt as the actually cared
