My husband went to Walgreens the Vanderbilt clinic and received his vaccinations in less than 3 minutes. As an employee of Ascension St Thomas, I know we can do better than this
- TPT PDec 30, 20191.0I was seen Sunday afternoon in a timely manner for flu-like symptoms. NP said she would fax medication to my pharmacy. Waited an hour and went to my pharmacy but no medication prescription had been sent. Called to have them re-send it and wait another hour but it was not received by my pharmacy and the Little clinic was closed now. Next day it still wasn’t there. I called again about noon and a third time about 6:30pm. Was told they were busy but would resend it. Still no medication.
- TCTaylor CunninghamJan 7, 20195.0I recently went to a different walk in clinic a few weeks ago and was told that what I was experiencing was just allergies and I should just have to wait for things to work itself out on it's own. Things got worse and I lost my sense of smell and sense of taste. Fed up, I decided to go to The Little Clinic. I was able to schedule and appointment online and did not have to wait more that 5 minutes to be seen (I went earlier in the day). The NP, Mandy, and her staff were awesome. They were extremely friendly and made sure they did everything they could to get me back to feeling 100%. Turns out I had a sinus infection and excess fluid in my ears. A few days after my visit, making sure to take the medication I was prescribed, not only could I could smell and taste again, but I began to feel a lot better and my energy was back. Hopefully I won't get sick any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely be going back to The Little Clinic in Kroger off of Veterans Pkwy.
