I thought I would need multiple medical help such as pain management, chiropractor visits etc. After 10 minutes in a pair of good shoes with inserts and insoles, all pain in my ankles, knees and back was gone. I was no longer hunched over looking like an 90 year old person. I walk upright, straight and much taller. I’m 6’ and was before much shorter. Thank you so much Clay for giving me back my stride and no pain.
