  My husband had an appt with Dr Housden today. The staff was very courteous, professional and thorough. Dr Housden was very courteous and talked about any issues that needed to be addressed and scheduled his physical. We were excited to find out his office will be doing Telehealth! We couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend him and his staff.

  Excellent service, caring staff. They also have a human being who answers the phone - this is a huge improvement over most businesses now.

  Staff is very friendly. My wife and I both see Katrina Miller (NP). She is patient and listens to you. I love that. Has my medication perfect now after other doctors could not get it right.

  Alana Moore and her nurse Rachel are ahhmazing! Unfortunately after two run ends with the young lady at the check-in desk I will not be returning. Rude is an understatement. I was having a very stressful time in my life and I simply came in to drop off a form to be signed for my insurance. She did not greet me with a smile or ask how I was, which isn’t okay but that alone wouldn’t have prompted me to stop going or to write a review. She acted as if I was wasting her time and made me feel like an inconvenience and annoyance. Maybe she was having an off day? Well I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I returned a couple of weeks later and she acted the exact same way. I literally cried in my car afterwards because finding a healthcare provider you trust nowadays is few and far between and It’s really sad because I followed Alana Moore there from Helton Family Medicine, but I simply couldn’t stomach facing this girl again. A practice really needs to put good quality people that are educated in customer service at the forefront of their business. You truly never know what people are going through, and that’s especially important in the medical field because it’s very likely people are having a rough time if they’re going to the doctor in the first place, whether physically or financially.

  My husband and I have been looking for new PCPs since our doctor of 35 years retired. I was thrilled to find Desirae Twilla at M'boro Family Medicine, as I've seen her many times over the years. My husband recently had his new patient appointment with Dr. Housden, who was also a familiar face. I feel like our search is over. After reading through some of the other reviews, it sounds like Dr. Housden has put together a top-notch team!!
