  Staff doesn’t seem knowledgeable about current deals or promotions. I had a frustrating experience where they asked me to go online to access a deal, even though I showed them it clearly stated the offer was valid both online and in-store. They then claimed it doesn’t apply to all GNC locations, which was confusing and disappointing. Overall, not a great customer experience.

  Shout out to Gavin at the Stones River location. Great customer service and he helped me select some products that should work better for me. Processed a difficult return with diligence and aplomb. Positive attitude, strong knowledge of products, and a great personality. It shows that respect and building relationships with customers will keep them coming back. Keep up the great work!

  Excellent customer service. A balanced display of products. I chose a GNC women's multivitamin for energy cognitive, Reservatrol vitamin (buy one get one 50% off), clearance protein shake mix, clearance super beets. It's always a good idea for a specific idea 💡 for awesome vitamin stores.
