  Evan and his co-worker were absolutely amazing! Listened to all my concerns and never made me feel like an inconvenience. Got in quick and never once felt rushed.

  Poor customer service, they rather been on their phones instead of helping patients. They said my insurance was not active, and it show active on urgent care. No more business for the little clinic.

  The workers don't show up to work when they are openly taking appointments. The manager of the store is very very rude when approached.

  Doctor was very rude and did nothing to help. Told him the symptoms and he gave no suggestions to treat. Worst experience I've ever had. Waist of money!!!! Do not go here for anything! They will rob you blind!

  Never ever using this clinic again. My daughter and I came in yesterday for a sports physical around 530. We saw that the wait was 45 mins, which was fine but just kind of a bummer because we had a ton of other things to do. We were totally willing to wait, no big deal. I said to my daughter “aw man, it’s a 45 min wait” that is all. I started to check in and the lady at the desk says “It could be anywhere from an hour or more, so you can go somewhere else if you want to. I’m the only one here so I’m very behind.” Super unprofessional and very rude. I just said “yep we will go somewhere else.” Went to another walk-in clinic who also had a wait, cause that’s what you do at a doctors office, but they were very kind and caring and apologized for the wait, ect. although it wasn’t needed because we understood.
