Charnese Hunter should be banned from every doing anything in regards to medical care permanently, my two experiences here have been the worst in my life. First was an attempted earwax removal in which she wasnt smart enough to use a peroxide substance to soften up the earwax before blasting it with water, leading to some of the worst pain I've ever experienced and a removal of only around 10% of the earwax making me entirely deaf in the right ear. I had to go about clearing the earwax myself, using a peroxide solution and warm water at home. Just last week I went in with a badly swollen fingertip due to an infection, she barely even looks at it and just prescribes antibiotics rather than draining it despite it being double the size of the finger on the opposite hand. Im now halfway through the useless antibiotics, and my finger is now worse.

If I could leave no stars I would. I went in this past Friday with a really bad allergy flare up. She told me to take some over the counter stuff and gave me some steroids. Cool. Sunday, I woke up really congested in my chest and it was burning and coughing up stuff. I called and she called me in an antibiotic. Cool. Well today, Wednesday, my ears started hurting really bad. Especially my right ear. I get off work between 6:00 and 6:30pm. They close at 7:30pm. I get there at 7pm. I tell the front desk receptionist about the previous days and asked her if I could speak with the doctor because of my ears. The receptionist goes and talks to the doctor, I never saw the doctor by the way, the receptionist comes back and tells me the doctor said I need to make an appointment and come back in the morning. Are you kidding me?! I was already having a bad day and that just topped it off. For one, yall are a walk in clinic. For two, I have already been dealing with this doctor and I'm telling you my ears are getting worse and you're turning me away? Are you kidding me??? AWFUL. I WILL NEVER COME BACK.

I went and saw Sheena at the little clinic today. Spent over an hour there, only to barely be touched and hardly checked out. Was told I just had common spring allergies when I have been extremely sick for the last 2 weeks. I have had a lot of drainage in my ears, nose and throat and she proceeded to tell me everything looked great... when she barely even looked at anything/touched me.. She told me to drink some hot tea and I told her I have continued to do that for the last week and basically had to beg for a Z pack. Don't waste your time or money.

On 05/16/17 I stopped by little clinic right after my clinical rotation because I want to get a prescription order for my skin discoloration on my back and arms. I explained to the practitioner that I believe it's some kind of fungal and I have been using over the counter medication. Meanwhile I am waiting for her to introduced herself, and didn't bother to turn around from her computer desk for few minutes and ones she turned around and looked at my skin she claims she doesn't really see anything that's obvious on my skin. Then get on her phone and start googling for few minutes. Few minutes later she tells me I don't know but see a dermatologist then prescribes a medication and I get to the pharmacy they said the medication is over the counter. I called in and told her she prescribed an over the counter medication that was similar to the one I told her about, and obviously didn't work for me, she didn't care a bit. unfortunately I paid $89 to get prescribed a medication I told her about. If you really don't want to waste your time, energy and money to get no result out of it don't bother to go there.
