- BEBrian EvansJul 15, 20251.0Horrible service and horrible care. Tried to call to get an antibiotic prescription changed because it was causing a reaction, and you can’t even call the office. Their number sends you to a call center who doesn’t pass the messages on to the doctors. Took 5 calls over the course of 8 hours to finally talk to a doctor who berated me then finally changed the prescription. Will never be back.

She was very inappropriate towards us, she was asking the normal questions as usual until it got to the last question. She asked if he smoked, well I know she had to ask but to make a face and tell him he smelled like smoke rubbed me the wrong way. All she had to do was proceed after he told her he didn't smoke. Therefore we will not be returning here!!!!
- CPCC PSep 24, 20201.0My daughter and I walked in a few days ago and signed in to be seen but we were discouraged by the practionor to wait. She said that she was too busy to see us but when we signed in the computer told us that there was a 45 minute wait, which we were willing to wait. She kept adding more time to the wait because she didn't want to see us. There was only one patient waiting to be seen and a family of 3 walkins for flu shots. We had sore throats and she made us wait in the car, stating that we had covid symptoms. We eventually (after an hour and a half wait) left and went to another walkin clinic. This is not the first time that I went to the clinic and was made to feel as if i was inconveniencing the staff by being there. I will not be back!!! I shouldn't have to beg to be seen for an illness when they are taking my money and billing my insurance!!
- JPJordan PierattFeb 6, 20195.0I took my son Monday, Feb 4th for a rash he had - we made an appointment for 12:30pm, but we got there alittle earlier & waited minimum 15min to get back. Mandy the NP, was amazing! She made me & him extremely comfortable & had us in & out with medicine that has ultimately cleared up his rash. I felt educated on what exactly was going on, which is a huge plus too. I will defiantly go back if we ever need too!
