I needed a COVID test and tried to ask amount before scheduling appointment but could never get a person on the phone. Had to make an appointment online. When I arrived and asked how much it would cost, they told me they would bill my insurance and not to worry about it. I told them I didn’t have health insurance, said I only used the VA, and told them I wanted to pay for it that day. They wouldn’t allow me to pay and insisted on sending the VA the bill. Several months later I received a $145 bill. $55 for a COVID test and $90 for an office visit. I called the number on the bill and told them I had only requested a COVID test that I didn’t need anything else. They said I had to pay the office visit because I had signed the paperwork. I asked them to email me the forms but they never did. I then got a call from a collection agency asking for payment. I called back to the Little Clinic’s payment line and paid the amount to just be done with it. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use this clinic again and I hope the entire company goes out of business if they continue such poor business practices.

Hard to believe there was a 1 hour wait. No one was waiting in line. No one was in the nurse practitioner or PA's office. Very disappointing. My husband went to Walgreens the Vanderbilt clinic and received his vaccinations in less than 3 minutes. As an employee of Ascension St Thomas, I know we can do better than this

I went in Tuesday with a scratchy throat and headache, was told it was viral and sinuses and was told if I felt worse to call and they would call me something in. Woke up this morning Wednesday hacking up and blowing out yellow mucus so I call them and they told me to come back but I would be charged even though I was just there the day before and this should be considered a follow up and not be charged.

I arrived at 4:15 and was turned away because as the lady at the front desk put it “I still have 3 patients to see before we close at 5. Maybe you should try Walgreens.” It seems to me if they start turning away patients 45 minutes before they close they should change their posted hours. When I asked if she knew where the closest Walgreens with a clinic was because the one near my house doesn’t have one, she said “Oh I don’t know, I’m not from here. Sorry.”
