I've never been a gym girlie and I really never heard of Pilates... but boy am I glad I rolled the dice. I absolutely love it here. The owner and staff is amazing! Kiana is my GIRL! I was hesitant to sign up, it was here giving me the extra push to believe in myself. She even jumps in a class every now and then for moral support. The studio is clean, organized and always has a calm, welcoming energy. The instructors are truly the heart of this place. Ashley, Yari, Susan, Mary Helen, Debbie and Jackie are my favorites, but honestly I enjoy everyone. Each one brings something different and they all make sure you feel supported, challenged and safe. Not only do you get amazing instructors, but the COMMUNITY that you get by going is unmatched. The classes are consistent and the equipment is always ready. The front desk team is friendly and remembers you, which makes the whole experience feel personal. It feels like a community, not just a workout. I have seen real progress in my strength, flexibility and confidence. Joining this studio has been one of the best decisions I have made for my wellness journey. If you want a studio that treats you with care and actually builds you up, Club Pilates West is the place. I always leave feeling stronger and in a better headspace. - BRBose RajiOct 21, 20252.0While at this facility, I enjoyed my experience because the workers were friendly. However, this is just my personal experience — it might be different for others. One thing I didn’t like is their policy about missed appointments. If you make an appointment and can’t make it for personal reasons, they charge a $25 fee. I had surgery and spent three days in the hospital during which I had appointments scheduled but couldn’t attend, and my money was taken out twice. I understand that it’s their policy, but for a small business and community-based facility like this, I feel they should show more concern for their customers. In my opinion, the management seems to care more about money than building a friendly community.

- LCLauren CooperJul 2, 20245.0The west Murfreesboro location has wonderful instructors. Today’s class was a flow 1.5 with Jean. I appreciate the variety of the exercises and excellent cues. Jeans classes are always fun and challenging.

I feel stronger and slimmer and I enjoy the classes so much. I typically take classes with Yari and Stacie and I love them. All of the instructors are so great and I highly recommend joining!
