- LTL TJul 1, 20251.0I booked a 60 minute massage online for 10:15 am. I arrived at 10:00 am (early on my part) but they told me to come back at another time because they were busy. They didn’t call, send an email, or notify me that they wouldn’t be able to service me at my time slot that was booked online (20 hours in advance). I drove from shelbyville (55 minutes away) for this appointment. I cannot recommend this place as there is a lack of effort and communication form ownership.
