- RWRV W3 days ago1.0Worse place ever. I called the doctors office there several...SEVERAL times only to be told that they were bust with customers, as if I weren't one. I was told each time I called that they will give me a call back....NEVER Happened! I will never go back there. They are to busy for their customers.

I usually have to leave a voicemail. They are fine in person but basically do not answer their phones.
- MCMarley CochranApr 1, 20261.0When I visited here, I was hardly greeted, the woman at the desk was rude and the doctor didn’t seem very interested in even being there during my exam. They then did not give me any opportunity to even look at getting new glasses, they just gave me a misprinted and half out of ink sheet with my prescription on it. They ended up writing over the parts that misprinted, and turns out they wrote my prescription incorrectly by a landslide so I’ve spent money on glasses over the last few months that aren’t even the correct prescription. I only found out by calling and asking them to read it off to me because it didn’t seem right. This just shows that they’re lazy, and they lack awareness around how important it is to even write something down properly. Now I’m out money, I have no glasses, and I have a bad experience under my belt. I’ll never be back here! Go somewhere, anywhere else!
