I Love This LensCrafters!! Chloe was a delight to work with very knowledgeable and personable which is a rarity in customer service these days. The retail store itself is immaculate very inviting and the selection of eyewear is unmatched. Chloe was working with a mom who was trying on glasses with her daughter so I wasn’t able to close out my purchase with her but Shelly (forgive me if I got your name wrong) was just as professional and nice as her coworker. I highly recommend this location of LensCrafters for your vision needs.

First appointment of the day at 9:00AM. I was the first person to check into their appointment for the day. Although everything was fine on my side, there were other patients who arrived well after me, which was past 9:00, who were seen first. Additionally, not a fan of a mandatory $30+ fee for a special eye test when all I wanted was a quick look at my vision for an updated prescription. It’s frustrating to have an appointment, be the first through the door to check in and then sit around for 21+ minutes past my appointment time. I wonder how the business would respond if I were 21 minutes late.

Both the employees were great. I was shown many options and even was given a repair on a screw. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Shout out to the nice lady who guided me and helped me understand lens lengths and nose bridges. I learned a lot!! Gonna shop here soon because of them

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
