After I left the review, I went back inside and mentioned to the women at the LENSCRAFTERS customer service, that if they wanted to understand why I didn't buy glasses here at LensCrafters, they could go read the review. She proceeded to tell me that they were two separate companies, and I said I know this, But I'm telling you that Mount Juliet eye center is the reason why I'm not staying inside of their store to buy my frames and lenses. It obviously wasn't a concern for them, and she told me to have a good night.....Just WOW...😳
