After 45 minutes waiting they called me back and told me that my vision copay was 45.00 , fine though they wanted another 160.00 for a medical test, I told them that I just came from my doctors and all my tests go through my provider. They said that they would take my copay but they doctor that was going to give me an eye exam probably would not examine me though they wanted my money, did I mention the doctor wasn’t there and they didn’t know when he would return as he was 45 minutes late for my appointment..
