- JSJared S.Jul 23, 20251.0Waited in line at the drive through and they closed the blinds as I drove up at 1245. Hours state 1pm-130pm lunch. Lazy employees, usually terrible service as well. I would say avoid, but I encourage others to go here so it makes their day harder, just like they did mine.

I called the old Mount Juliet Pharmacy and they told me that the prescription had been sent to the Providence location. The computer system showed the script was ready. When I got there the line was long for the drive-thru, so I waited 30 minutes when I finally got to the window they told me the prescription wasn't ready and it would be another 30 minutes!!! The prescription had been sent by my doctor's office at least 3 hours prior to my arrival...... So ridiculous!!!
