- KKKeithJan 30, 20261.0Never answers phone calls. Need dire medication information on a Friday when MD offices close early, but this place will not answer phone calls. Some phone calls cannot wait days to be responded to.
- JSJared S.Jul 23, 20251.0Waited in line at the drive through and they closed the blinds as I drove up at 1245. Hours state 1pm-130pm lunch. Lazy employees, usually terrible service as well. I would say avoid, but I encourage others to go here so it makes their day harder, just like they did mine.
- JJJennyDec 31, 20225.0At first I had to stop using this pharmacy because it was always so busy and would take a very long time to fill prescriptions. However I am happy to say they have vastly improved! The staff are much more friendly now, prescriptions are filled In better times (they even can sometimes expedite if you ask or need), and though they are busy a lot they get customers through fairly quick. It can still get really busy and wait times go up but it’s close to my home and I just try to plan accordingly. It would be nice if they had a little more staff but I know that’s a problem everywhere right now. I decided to switch all my family’s prescriptions back to this Kroger pharmacy, we had been using Walgreens but every Walgreens near us has gotten horrible. But since I’ve been using this Kroger pharmacy for over a year now it has been consistently good. My prescriptions are correct, done on time, staff are friendly and I’m very pleased.

They have recently changed their store due to recent remodeling and since then the pharmacy has definitely fallen into the wayside. The staff aren't as friendly as they once was, the wait list for prescriptions is outrageous, and they now have a little clinic, which I have never accessed, nonetheless if it's anything like their remodeled pharmacy and store, I would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere. They do have another Kroger at the end of Mount Juliet road on the other side of town, about 3 miles down the road, but I haven't visited it in quite a while, so I can't give a review on their status.
