  Waited in line at the drive through and they closed the blinds as I drove up at 1245. Hours state 1pm-130pm lunch. Lazy employees, usually terrible service as well. I would say avoid, but I encourage others to go here so it makes their day harder, just like they did mine.

  Called in a refill and was told it would be ready by 4pm. I came in at 730 to pick it up and they said it would not be ready until 4 the next day. When I asked why all she wanted to know was who I spoke with and it was to close to closing time for them to get it ready.

  Yes drive thru is terrible, inside staff better.

  Very very slow drive thru service! Takes about 10 min per customer. Need major improvement, in either hiring more experienced staff or better training on existing, or need more staff during rush hours.

  Actually currently at the pharmacy, in the drive thru and they seem to have lost the woman's prescription(s) in front of me. Said woman gets out of her vehicle, knocks on my window and tells me I should go inside because they can't find her medication(s). As a former employee for Kroger Pharmacy, this never would "have flied" at the stores I worked at. We were always expected to tell people in the drive thru to loop around if there was any sort of hold up. If there was any parking spots available NEAR the store, I would park and go in. But I'm not going to park at their fuel center, and ever since the click-it list parking takes up several spots, the parking situation here is out of control. A Saturday evening in MJ, where/when Chic-Fil-A does their own event with old timey cars makes it impossible to find a parking spot. This is ridiculous, I've been stuck sitting here for almost 30 minutes. No apologies made my employees (heaven forbid a pharmacist apologize) and now less than 15 minutes before closing, I'm now unable to get MY prescription(s) filled all because what? They couldn't ask this woman to loop around so they can assist OTHER customers? And yes, stuck, as there is another vehicle behind me (two actually) and I can't back up and go anywhere. Now that I've made my way to the window, no assistance. Superb assistance Kroger, truly phenomenal. I'll just continue to sit here and be ignored. It's only been nearing 40 minutes now. Top notch excellency as always.
