  Very dirty establishment in Planet Fitness Morristown Tennessee location. Toxic and lazy staff and management. They don't want to be bothered and I've seen several times 3 or 4 employees being desk or sitting in office all just looking at phones. No standard no structure just a giant health violation. Lockers, locker room and bathroom floors look to be never cleaned. You can smell the bathrooms before entering. I cancelled my family membership several weeks ago because I'm afraid of sickness from this place. After being here several years I've seen people sleeping on the bathroom floor, fleas in the workout area, trash dust and filth that will still be there when I came back a week later. Several months back I made a complaint about the women's restroom toilets and how they flood, the blond girl working basically told me to find somewhere else to go because she didn't want to hear about it. If you care about your health I would advise not walking into a place like this it's a major health hazard. When you get fleas and bed bugs from Planet Fitness you'll be sorry, here is your warning.

  YouTuber TRUFinancials shows you how to cancel your Planet Fitness membership from your phone or computer. Planet Fitness intentionally makes it inconvenient to cancel and hides cancel options. Make sure after you follow the instructions that you don't keep getting money taken by Planet Fitness because they will try. You can simply go to your bank and do a stop payment or just dispute the charges. Don't let predatory businesses scam you. I finally cancelled because of the Morristown Tennessee Planet Fitness consistent poor hygiene and lack of cleaning standards. You can workout at home with minimal equipment and instructional videos online. You don't need a gym membership payment to start your health and fitness journey.

  It used to be a great place to work out. There used to be multiple machines to work out most muscle groups. Now there are multiple machines to work out the back and the chest. If you want to work your abs, you can sit and wait for those who homestead on machines to play on their phones. As of late, a common scenerio on most machines is to skip what you want to workout because somebody decides they will do a few reps and the play on their phone for 15 mins then do a few more reps then play for 15 more mins. It looked promising a few weeks ago when more machines were brought in but then they removed the current machines and removed others completely. Today was abs and triceps day for me. I had to skip both because someone was using both machines to play on their phone. I usually get a good workout moving free weights for elderly people and small females because some jerk left the machines loaded and/or in an upper position. This will no longer be an issue for me. NFC just got a new customer and PF lost one. I've talked to others who feel the same way and plan to cancel their memberships and move elsewhere. I use my lunch hour to workout and not to sit around and wait on a piece of equipment because there is only one available.
