He and his staff went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was pain free. I feel that we are fortunate to have access to the services that Dr. Johnson and his staff provide. - ECE CarboAug 23, 20255.0My wife is a, 🙋♀️Sissy ( and Proud of it) No matter what a dentist does they cannot make it so that her teeth are numbed. (I've heard it may be a blonde or redhead thing! Blame the, a variant of the melanocortin-1 receptor (MC1R) gene.) Dr. Johnson has the facilities to actually make it so she feels no discomfort when needing dental work that he specializes in. We have been very satisfied with his practice. From Sandys effervescent, Greeting,...everyone that I have met in the Front office staff, is a step above. I had never spoken with Dr. Johnson Until Yesterday, my wife went in for an explanation of something that was causing us to worry, and I have now seen 1st hand that he must be one of the best in his field. After consulting with several doctors thinking possibly surgery was going to be required. Dr. Johnson, upon examination of the MRI report,... Gave us the happy news, that we did not need surgery, in fact her body is actually healing itself. And he explained why, it was not needed,... Naturally we were happy about that, yet the kind and simple explanation was worth the price of admission. (The Sissy 💁♀️is a retired nurse) So you can have confidence that this doctor has your best interest at heart he's not interested in making his next boat⛵️payment on your medical needs. We want a surgeon that will not unnecessarily operate. We are grateful to have Dr. Johnson and his Professional Crew so close to us, here in the Great Smoky Mountains.
