I’ve visited multiple times recently and each experience has been frustrating. I’ve asked simple questions about the current promotions, and not once has a staff member been able to give me a clear answer. On one visit, I asked about the energy drink BOGO deal, and the employee had no idea what I was referring to — despite the promotional signage being clearly visible. What made it more concerning was that someone, who I’m assuming was her boyfriend, was sitting near several cases of those same drinks with the BOGO tag on them, and she still had no clue about the deal. It’s disappointing when the staff seems uninformed and unprepared to assist customers — yet they’re always quick to push their credit card applications.

After paying $90 dollars for products in this store, I requested to use the restroom because I was 30 minutes away from home and didn't have any other stops to make. The only person working there said they didn't have a public restroom which I totally understand that response to someone that is not a paying customer. However, I wouldn't have asked if it wasn't urgent. The employee's only response was that it was corporate policy, and he had no empathy at all. I don't understand how it's even legal when there is no other public restroom within a short walk.
