- DKDestiny KJan 7, 20263.0Had the UFE procedure couple months ago by Dr. Cohen and I don't have any complaints about him. However, the entire process hasn't been pleasant. I wasn't informed the amount I will be paying up front for the surgery until a week prior which was not ideal, not everyone has $1645 sitting around. Despite me calling way before then to see if they can give me an estimate, my insurance told me without procedure codes they had no way of knowing. The front desk staff is friendly and attentive, but I had an personal issue the week before Christmas that prompted me to speak with the NP that seen me during my follow up who said she will send over a prescription i needed urgently. It was never called in so I called again the following day to remind her.
