  The only reason I put one star is that you can’t put negative stars. This is the most unbelievably poorly run business that I’ve ever dealt with. They’re smart mouth disrespectful agents think that they rule the world. They intentionally go out of their way to make everything as difficult as possible, but that’s OK. Medicare is after them now I doubt they’ll be in business this time next year.

  Terrible! I’ve been waiting weeks for then to certify my insurance Zane send my equipment or. The insurance was verified and they still have yet to return any calls or mail out equipment. Just a diabetic sitting here not able to check my sugar levels because people there are not doing their job! I can’t speak to any body in management! Very poor customer service

  I'm seeing the reviews of people saying they didn't get their supplies on time... they keep sending supplies when I've called and ask them to throttle and stop sending them automatically, they sent me supplies which I had no machine to use with weeks before the machine came. I had to call twice to get it finally get the testing machine. I finally get my testing device which is great i have no complaints there it's a great machine. I called directly after they send my next shipment when I just got my machine. i asked them to stop automatically sending these to me. Today in the mail I get yet another box of supplies "anyone need any testing strips or lancets?" - I would suggest not do business with them.
