Select Specialty Hospital – Memphis East is a 30-bed critical illness recovery hospital located on the fourth floor of Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. We specialize in helping critically ill patients breathe, speak, eat, walk and think as independently as possible. Select Medical offers two critical illness recovery hospitals in Memphis. In addition to Select Specialty Hospital – Memphis East, we also offer Select Specialty Hospital – Memphis, a 39-bed hospital located within Methodist University Hospital.
