    Professional staff who are knowledge about about their patients. When they see a concern, they think critically and have good judgement about whether to send a patient to the ER or not. If more clinical environments had this staff I think it would lead to better outcomes for patients and better working conditions for staff. I also believe this team works together well because of the diversity of the staff.
