I had to even submit the insurance cards for ( approval) 6 hours prior. They approved them. I get to location with my child to find out they do not take our insurance at all even tho its listed online they do.. they the state we dont toae insurance anyways for phycials which isnt mentions anywhere on the website. Then kicker they want 100 dollars for a 5 year olds 5 minute long physical without vaccines... absolutely ridiculous

For so many reasons I was hurt from the lack of care she (the doctor) spoke with so much concern but I left empty handed witch has never happened before
