The consultant provided all details of how the system of supports work. Insuring that each support is tested by the customer. The support system is the best for the feet and is extremely comfortable. They make your feet very comfortable and pain free. I am just not able at this time to purchase the supports

I had a great experience at The Good Feet Store this morning, 1/5/26. Celeste Fitzpatrick was very accommodating with scheduling and service. As a result of the fitting and consult, I have a better understanding of the benefits the 3 part (strengthener, maintainer, and relaxer) system provides. I’ve been using the products for about five years. I can truly say that my quality of life is much better (my overall mobility too) since I began using the products from The Good Feet Store in Memphis TN!👍🏾

I went to the Good Feet Store in November 2025. I wanted to see if they could help with my knee pain, after hearing Ditch on 98.9 in Memphis talk about how the arch supports helped him. I had knee surgery many years ago for a torn meniscus. It didn't help like I thought it would. As the years have gone by my knee pain has worsened. At age 70 I did not want another surgery. Celeste Fitzpatrick at the Good Feet Store on Poplar in Memphis was wonderful! She checked me out and fitted me with what I needed. I felt instant relief with the supports and got the 3-Step System. I followed the instructions and I cannot express what a change it has made in my life. I feel as though my body has been "relined". I think my knee being off made everything else off. Thank you Celeste, so much for helping me!

When I walked in this store, I had been praying for healing and relief from my foot and back pain. Celeste Fitzpatrick was so professional, she was excellent and taught us so much about our body's anatomy and what is causing pain. We got to try on the good feet arch system in a pair of shoes, walked around, and IMMEDIATELY I could tell a difference. This is NOT a paid comment!!! Lastly, even though I was initially reluctant, doubting I could afford them, I know if I cannot work because I cannot stand or walk, I'm not doing my quality of life and my health any Justice. I'm so grateful I finally decided to do something for me and my health! It's priceless!! Thank you, Celeste and The Good Feet Store!
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet Arch Supports differ from standard inserts or insoles purchased online or in stores?
