With a our goal of providing the highest quality of home health care equipment, supplies and services, in a cost-effective manner, to diabetic patients in our area. We have been able to accomplish this goal by providing free diabetic education to those in our local community, excellent customer service, and quality testing supplies. Over the years we have grown and are helping people not only within our area, but also throughout the United States.
Since 2002, The Diabetes Store, Inc has opened three new locations in Memphis, Tennessee, Southaven, Mississippi, and Birmingham, Alabama. All three of these locations provide diabetic education to our patients and people in the community.

The insurance was verified and they still have yet to return any calls or mail out equipment. Just a diabetic sitting here not able to check my sugar levels because people there are not doing their job! I can’t speak to any body in management! Very poor customer service

NOT ANY Longer I called, I was talking with a guy who went to look in the warehouse 10 minutes later he hung up on me. I called back and the next guy hung up on me, The third guy was helpful but was clueless. He wanted me to talk to the pharmacy. Im buying needles. while was trying to get what I needed my wife found and ordered them from a different company. DO NOT Waste your time here. Look somewhere else. These people are completely CLUELESS

Although they call constantly to ask when I've been to the doctor and how many sensors I have left, they somehow manage to screw up sending the supplies on time. Not sure why every other provider can do things online or with text notification but they can't.They argue with my doctor's office about getting the right information. They promised to overnight the latest order but nope, they sent it regular shipment. It's just awful.
