- CGChristina GriffinJul 31, 20251.0I've been trying to get my powerchair fixed since the end of May. It took over a week to get a response. On June 9th, my chair was assessed by them and I had my doctor put in the paperwork for insurance. They blamed insurance for the long wait, when they actually hadn't even submitted a request to the insurance yet. (I know because I called my insurance multiple times and I also called them and they admitted it). They said the reason they hadn't submitted the paperwork was because the lady in charge of my case was doing some training. 2 weeks later, they said they were waiting for parts. Now I'm sitting here still waiting for parts. When the man came on June 9th, he said it would take 3-4 weeks. We are going on 6-7 weeks now with no end in site. Everytime I call, my "case handler or whatever her title is" sites that she has been having training and that's the reason for the delay.. Meanwhile, I've been stuck in the house for the better part of an entire season and doctor is having to figure out how to treat the new damage to my fragile joints and bones. I can barely care for myself and this is severely impacting my mobility, quality of life, and overall health. If zero stars were available, I'd be choosing that.

- LSLynn ShieldsJun 16, 20161.0Horrible,. Tried for almost a year to get power chair. They came up with every excuse known to man one form after another. Just when I thought I had provided all paperwork they needed they said no as my doctor would not lie on the date of interview form and since he would not cooperate they cannot help me. They did not want to help me to begin with. I called my pharmacy and told them not to refer anyone else to them and theysaid they would report them. Please whom ever reads this find another provider!! I will now start over with another provider and just for the record one of there own people advised me I should get another provider!! Can you believe that. Do not use these people 😥
