- DDDanielleNov 16, 20231.0Gloria the pharmacy technician was blatantly rude when I tried to pick up my prescription refill. She also told me they were completely out of stock of my medication and would not be re-stocked until a few days later and that I should try another location. Which was odd since they have never been out of stock before. The pharmacist over heard our conversation and stepped in and checked for me. What would you know they had the medication in stock. I have never had trouble with this pharmacy before but Gloria really made me consider if I will be using them in the future because of how rude and lazy she was.
- SBStephanie BelilesOct 14, 20211.0Anna, the pharmacist at the Kroger on Union, shouted at both me and one of her technicians. I was very embarrassed in front of other customers. She misheard the technician and thought she was serving me before another customer (we both had been waiting). I told her she embarrassed me and she continued using a raised voice. Covid or not: that is no way to treat any customer (especially as she is filling our prescriptions). I old her to please lower her voice and I’m sick (she saw the prescription so she knew) and she yelled that she is sick, too. If that’s the case, shouldn’t be waiting on customers sick. Regardless, unprofessional all around.

They will put you on hold, which I do not mind but what I do mind is they will hang hang you up or send you to voicemail. I called to see if my prescription was ready to pick up and I was told sorry we didn't receive it. When I went in person then they had it.
