This is my second time using this pharmacy and will for sure be my last. Zero communication, taking a full day and a half to fill scripts, not filling all of the scripts, insanely rude in the off chance you can actually reach someone on the phone. The app doesn’t work. How do I have a Kroger account, a pharmacy account, and have had medication filled there before but can’t be found in the system as a patient to do a prescription account? Should have known better than to try the pharmacy at the worst Kroger in the city, but damn; I thought pharmacists got paid enough to just do at least the bare minimum of their jobs.

Refused to fill my prescriptions, also randomly closes at 6 despite the signs saying they're open until 8 on weekdays. They will make you run out of medication.

I work at a Dr.'s office and placed a curtesy call for a patient to check on a medication that was sent to the pharmacy 06/07/2022. I was placed on hold 3 separate times, one while I was giving her the DOB. When she finally returned to the phone, she had an attitude, and stated that they had received the script from the Dr. Office on 06/07/2022 but they were waiting for the patient to call and give them authorization to fill it. I questioned this as first of all, I have never heard such nonsense, and secondly why on earth would a Dr. Office call in a script for the patient if they had not been in contact with them. I understand that things have changed a LOT since Covid, but this is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!
