- PLPatti LovettJun 21, 20221.0I work at a Dr.'s office and placed a curtesy call for a patient to check on a medication that was sent to the pharmacy 06/07/2022. I was placed on hold 3 separate times, one while I was giving her the DOB. When she finally returned to the phone, she had an attitude, and stated that they had received the script from the Dr. Office on 06/07/2022 but they were waiting for the patient to call and give them authorization to fill it. I questioned this as first of all, I have never heard such nonsense, and secondly why on earth would a Dr. Office call in a script for the patient if they had not been in contact with them. I understand that things have changed a LOT since Covid, but this is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!
