I have been with this Kroger Pharmacy a little over four years. I have never experienced such customer care, concern, patience and kindness as I did this evening with Trina Boyce. My doctor office sent my prescription to the pharmacy on 01/14/2026. When I call to see if I could pick it up today, it wasn’t ready, matter of fact it wasn’t in stock. Although they were back up with only two pharmacy tech working. Trina still took the time to called other Kroger pharmacies to see if they had my prescription in stock. She repeatedly apologized for my inconvenience and promised she would order my prescription for pick up the next day. Thank you Trina Boyce!

This pharmacy is terrible. I called today and spoke to the rudest person I’ve encountered in a while. Highly suggest avoiding this location.

Since I have been coming to this Kroger pharmacy wether drive thru or in-store the pharmacy staff are nice, helpful polite and thank God they do answer the phone at this location. Thank you

Pharmacy is horrible. Pharmacist decides when they want you to have your medications. I called and have been put on hold for no-one to answer the phone. Pharmacy tech's are impolite. They absolutely do not posses any customer service skills. I will be taking my prescriptions somewhere else to be service
