  The location is great. It was clean and comfortable inside. The parking was at the door and there was no wait when I went. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The X-ray technician was very patient and kind. Also, the price was extremely reasonable even without insurance. I’m thankful for this new imaging center and highly recommend.

  I had a great experience at East Memphis Imaging. The facility is clean and efficient, but it’s the people who make the difference. Medical scans can be a bit nerve-wracking, but the team here really puts you at ease. I didn’t feel like just another number on a chart. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They made the check-in process easy, and the technicians were very patient and kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout my scan. If you’re looking for a provider that combines high-tech imaging with a human touch, this is the place.

  Nice offices but signage for the front door isn't clear. I walked all the way around to the south side. Didn't see the side entrance. Staff was very nice and professional. I had an MRI on my leg and they even supplied headphones with my choice of music. This made it easier to go through the process. The gentleman in the X-ray area was kind and very nice. Explained everything. All were very nice and efficient. Love the coffee machine. I would have more tests if needed there.

  When i arrived to the center, and after checking in I may have been in the waiting area 3minutes before going to the back. The only thing is the head phones are thin and you have to have something in your ear to help with the noise of the machine. Otherwise East Memphis imagine Center is awesome, the most time you spend in the center is for the testing.

  East Memphis Imaging is Definitely the place you want to go for all of Your radiology testing. Everyone from the front staff to the radiology techs Were very professional and very Caring. They explained everything. I Had practically no weight I was in and out of there in no time. I give five stars and I will definitely go back there for any other radiologic testing I need. It’s very clean and neat. I have to mention how awesome the coffee and tea bar is plus there is a water machine where you can get ice and water or you can refill a water bottle.
