This studio has truly been a safe and welcoming space for me to step out of my head and focus on my health and fitness. Since joining, I’ve grown stronger not just physically, but also mentally. The knowledgeable instructors make all the difference as they provide thoughtful, hands-on feedback that has helped me refine my form and deepen my appreciation for what my body can do. Every class leaves me feeling empowered, grateful and ready for more. I have a crazy schedule and they have been so accommodating. I couldn’t recommend this studio and staff more!

Paula is an incredible Pilates instructor! Her classes are engaging because she is very attentive and dedicated. She has a calm, welcoming voice that makes the practice relaxing, and she carefully thinks of every detail — from the music to the breathing guidance. She explains the movements clearly and stays attentive to each student, always correcting quickly and kindly to ensure the exercises are done safely and effectively. Her classes are also unique because they are challenging in just the right way, so you always feel motivated to come back for the next session. One of the main reasons I’ve stayed committed to Pilates is because of her classes. Taking a class with Paula is a unique experience — I truly feel lucky to have her as my instructor.

I went to an intro class because a friend was going, and she said that’s how she lost weight. Well, she is eating healthier too. Anyway I LOVED it! I thought it was a little expensive at first, but then I realized they have to pay the instructors, plus all the overhead of the equipment, etc. Definitely try an intro class first! Today was my 42nd day, and my 60 year old body feels much more limber. I’m not as clumsy either because we work on core body strength and balance. Friends who haven’t seen me in a while ask how much weight I’ve lost. I have lost some weight, but I think my body is really just getting more toned. I haven’t been eating as healthy as my friend, but that’s the next step. I highly recommend Club Pilates to all my friends! Try it! You’ll love it!

Extremely frustrating and disappointing first impression. I was interested in trying Club Pilates and signed up online for a free introductory class. The process was simple—pick a time (I chose 9:30–10:00) and wait for a confirmation email. Nowhere in the process did it mention that I had to speak to someone on the phone for my booking to be valid. After missing a couple of calls (I rarely answer unknown numbers and don’t check voicemail), I randomly saw an email saying my appointment was canceled because no one had spoken to me personally. Why even offer online booking if it still hinges on a phone call? Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I rebooked for the following week, and made sure to answer the confirmation call. The tone of the call was patronizing—asking, “You will be there, right?” like I was a child. I was also told to bring grip socks (which I appreciate) and that a waiver would be emailed. But I had already agreed to a waiver when I registered online… so why the duplication? I showed up at 9:30 on the dot for my appointment—only to find the doors locked. I waited, then called. A staff member finally came and told me the class had already started and that’s why they “ask” you to come 10–15 minutes early. If that’s truly required, why not say so clearly and set the appointment for 9:15? Why not make it a condition on the call or when scheduling the appointment? Instead, it felt like a “gotcha” moment to a new client. The whole experience was disorganized and outdated—relying on modern tech to schedule appointments, but pairing it with rigid, old-school rules and poor communication. If you’re trying to grow your business, maybe don’t make the onboarding process so hard for new clients. I’m a CrossFitter, a pickleball player, and a busy, punctual professional. I follow rules. But Club Pilates lost my interest before they even got a chance to show me what they offer.
