  I wouldn't recommend them to any one. The attendant at the front desk was kind with good customer service. The service i received was a COVID-19 test but they lied to my insurance company billing it to them as a medical procedure. Never using them again and filing a federal compliant.

  Excellent Service and profesBooked an appointment online for 10am. Completed all the paperwork online so check in was simple easy and fast. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Wait time was only 15 minutes. The Nurse and Doctor that saw me that day was so attentive to all of my symptoms and gave me the best care. I felt like I was their only patient. This is the only place I go to when I can't see my regular primary care physician. I love this place. Every experience has been an excellent one!!!! Thanks...You guys are the best!!!!sional staff. Everyone is always friendly fast and efficient.

  Everyone is always so nice here and the care is top notch. I have been multiple times over the years, never had a bad experience. Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors who take time to talk with you. I always recommend!

  I’ve been here three different times and have gotten treated very nicely from the front desk to the back end. Wait time varies depending on the time of the day, but that’s any clinic. I’m in and out within an hour for the most part . Now, the only critique I have is the weird smell, it reminds me of a vet clinic … but other than that Great work 😆 * changed my rating because I got a text saying a bill that’s due 05/09 is going to be automatically withdrawn on 04/11 from the card I paid the front desk with on 03/22 . I didn’t authorize that and called the clinic 6 times and no one has called me back. Went online and wouldn’t let me cancel the auto draft which is absolutely ridiculous. Will not return

  Being in another state (for a loved one going through the most serious medical issues) and have illness strike the caregivers means having to find someone in a hurry. After 3 failed attempts at other facilities listed on maps, I found AFC. Admittedly, I didn't expect much. I was wrong. After a VERY SHORT WAIT for a walk-in, the swab to check for flu A & B in triage went smoothly and the nurse was fantastic. Wonderful attitude. The doctor, well, she blew me away. She checked all the regular bits, lungs, heart, ears, mouth, throat.. then sat down to listen. She took into account my symptoms even though I was negative for flu.. like, staying in a very small place with two people that had tested positive for influenza B, the inflammation of my throat, sound of sinuses.. She decided in my circumstances to be proactive which I am EXCEEDINGLY thankful. I feel better in less than 24 hours, well enough to be back to my 100& care giver capabilities. We won't forget and may have to be in Memphis for a long time. At least, off and on. Thank you isn't enough to express my gratitude for helping alleviate one more issue for our family.
