  The day after I ordered my glasses here, Target Optical put them on sale for 30% off frames and 20% off lenses, a significant price difference. I asked if they could do a price adjustment, but they said no, so I had to wait until they came in, then return them, so I could re-order them at the lower price. However, they won't honor any of the discounts advertised on the Target Optical website in-store, so I would have to order them online if I wanted the sale price. The Target Optical website couldn't add my insurance info though, so I wouldn't be able to use my insurance benefits if I ordered online 🙃. I understand that the doctor is an independent contractor that operates under a separate LLC and Target Optical is the outward branding, but I don't really understand the point of having that Target Optical branding if they're not going to honor any of Target Optical's discounts, coupons, or price match/ adjustment policies

  Joe, and the entire staff, were professional, friendly, and very helpful in guiding me through the optical exam, the results of the exam, what my options were for my new glasses, and features I needed to add. The price was amazingly low and the turn around time between the office visit and receiving my new glasses was under a week. I love my new glasses!

  Joe and the rest of the staff were excellent, friendly and professional! My wife got her glasses recently and they helped her through the process with ease and care. Got her exactly what she wanted and needed. Turn around time was quick too! We recommend Target Optical all the way. I had just gotten my glasses elsewhere two weeks before and I regret it. Next time I will go here for my eye prescription needs.
