Sat there almost 40 mins to be told my insurance isn't active which is BS because it IS active. I just used it a few days ago. The lady on the computer couldn't even enter my zip code or address correctly. She kept calling me up to ask questions on information I'd already given her. I feel miserable and she knew it. Yet they could care less.

Place is a waste of time. Staff and doctors are so unprofessional and rude. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

This place was NO help for me. The lady’s name was Tiffany that I talked to tonight. She was rude and didn’t care about what I was telling her. She kept telling me that I needed a Covid test, and they would be able to do it Monday. She said they hadn’t been doing them because they were going to start on Monday 08/03/2020. Don’t waste your time or money here. I told her that I thought I had a sinus infection. After telling her my symptoms, sheet agreed with me that it was probably a sinus infection. She told me that I needed Zyrtec D. I told her that I had been on Zyrtec for a week. I hadn’t done the decongestant because I’ve had a post nasal drip and blowing my nose so I didn’t see the reason for the decongestant. She sent me over to Kroger’s Pharmecy, and I ended up buying the decongestant out of desperation. She told me again that I needed to get a Covid test on Monday. I told her that I had already been to a real doctor’s (East TN Medical Grp) drive through Covid lot. They told me I didn’t have symptoms of Covid and wouldn’t do the testing. Next, I tried to get in with the after hours clinic, but I have new insurance not established with ETMG. So....I had been to two places already to get something for this sinus infection. I got The Little Clinic info from UHC’s website. The clinic was of no help; Tiffany wanted me to be in pain for another 6 days before prescribing a Z-pack, and come back to them for a Covid testing. Also, I walked through a monsoon to get to Kroger tonight because I even left a huge puddle of water on the floor in front of her. I doubt she cleaned it up because customer safety and concerns don’t seem to be in her job scope. *The part that I didn’t tell Tiffany is that my husband is furloughed, and I’m the only one working at our house. I’m glad Tiffany is able to get a paycheck, but it would’ve been real nice if she could help me get better faster so I could get back to work!

I would give no stars if I could. Easily the worst doctor experience in years or maybe ever! I arrived at 10:45 with only one person in room and one in waiting room. I checked in at terminal and thought that I could get a prognosis and out of the office soon. I’m certain that it was the flu! Anyhow, about 15 minutes later the person in the waiting room was taken to the examining room. In about another 30 minutes the nurse practitioner comes out and checks me in. Then proceeds to tell me that she’s going to lunch and it will be an hour before she can see me. I have no idea why that discussion couldn’t have occurred at least an hour earlier. I’m considerate and understand a need for a break and lunch - but really make me wait an hour to tell me that!! Wait it gets better, I leave and come back in 45 minutes. About 7 people show up between the time I arrive and when the nurse practitioner finally shows. She slowly prepares and then stupidly goes to the counter. She proceeds to check in every customer since me - at least another hour and finally I guess the doctor shows up. I’m the first in and get seen. 3 and a half hours later I receive a prognosis- exactly what I had thought. What a ridiculous process and waste of time!!! If you think that you’re truly going to save some time from your normal doctor without an appointment- forget about it. This is totally mismanaged and you’ll pay for their lack of knowledge and abailty. Trust me, go to your normal doctor. This is a waste of time and most certainly inferior to any treatment from a regular doctor!!!!!
