I never see any equipment in disarray or disrepair, and the location is phenomenal. I always look forward to stopping by.

They charged me $45 August 22 so I called and told them I was charged I wanted a refund they said no I’d have to eat it but the district manager assured me I would never be charged again well that was a lie. They tried to charge me the same amount again but they tried to hide it by breaking it up into two payments two months later October 1st. one for 25 and the other for 20 is pending so I called back and talked to a manager and they said couldn’t do nothing call district manager tomorrow so I did and the district manager said noting we can do and hung up on me. She proceeded to block my number.Planet Fitness is robing people and won’t let them take there card off file so today is October 17 2025 we will see what my credit card company can do cause I had to get them involved. So we shall see how they talk there selves out and a fraudulent charge . Do not go to planet fitness unless you want your credit card charged against your will. I will update this post after I hear back from my credit card company as I do not expect they will ever call me back or try to say there sorry as a company for there maryville TN location. Hope this will save someone else from being robbed in the future. God Bless !!
