Ashtyn Gore is a true professional, is very knowledgeable, and, most importantly, cares deeply for those lucky enough to have him for an evaluation.   After telling my husband to get his hearing checked months ago I finally made an appointment here and we got the answers we needed. However, they tried to sell us the most expensive hearing aids. They were adamant that the ones his insurance covered were inadequate and not good. We felt pressured. After researching, I found another audiologist and made an appointment. There were no sales tactics, no pressure and the doctor went over every option. Today my husband received hearing aids and can hear so much better. The staff at Audio Nova are very kind and do their job well. We just didn't care to be pressured and didn't care for them trying to push the most expensive aids upon us.
