    DISTASTEFUL AND DISDAINED CUSTOMER SERVICE (READ OTHER REVIEWS, I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE) New patient, be prepared to wait a long time. Appointment was at 9:45 and I communicated with them that if the wait was longer than 30 minutes that we would have to kindly choose another business. Asked another patron how long they had been waiting. Their appointment was at 9:30, arrived at 9:10, and first person in her party was seen at 10:05.🥴 I kindly communicated that I would like the same professional and appointment expectations set for me to be model from them. The receptionist was kind and professional. I really wanted to give this organization an opportunity. Update: We went to the back 2 minutes before my 30 minute cut off. We loved the service! *****UPDATE: 4 months later…the actual dentist provides good service unfortunately, the professionalism is hit or miss. Don’t question billing, charges, or insurance. Tone, voice volume, and delivery was aggressive. When I mentioned it, it was down played and the response was “we have other patients.” Meaning they didn’t want my customer service feedback. Paid my balance in full and won’t be returning. ***Update: Received this letter in the mail after professionally addressing poor customer service, asking questions about billing, and writing this review. I will be taking my family of 3 and the 2 others that I also sent here else where. We chose who and were we spend our money and this isn’t it.
