  Sometimes there is a wait in driveway. And inside also there's a wait sometimes. Sometimes they are under staff and some are not polite. Been coming here for many years for meds. It's the closest by me. Some are helpful depending on staff and manager on that shift.

  Had a man ask me for money out front. My son and I went in the store. About ten minutes later, the man walked by. He was working in the meat department. This store is trash.

  I switched from CVS I HAVE HAD ONLY A FEW PROBLEMS WITH GETTING MY MEDICINE 💊 AT THIS LOCATION.VERY FEW OF THE EMPLOYEES IN THE PHARMACY HAVE BEEN RUDE BUT ITHER THEN THAT KNOW OTHER PROBLEMS I HATE TO PUT HIS MAME OUT THERE. BUT IT IS JERMEY HE CAN BE VERY RUDE HE LIED TO ME ONCE TOLD ME THAT MY GABAPENTIN 300 MG THEY DIDNT HAVE AN THEY DID HE JUST DIDNT WANT TO FILL IT .BUT FURTHER THEN THAT IM GOOD WITH THEM.

  What happened to CONFIDENTIALITY when visiting your Not-So-Confidential Pharmacy ! I was simply appalled at the lack of discretion and privacy shown when picking up a subscription. They announced the name of my prescription so loud 🔊 it seemed very diliberate. I say that because after waiting for about 50 minutes I noticed the gross disrespect to certain community members including myself. When I asked why they were not even attempting to exercise any confidentiality, they just made excuses. The young male tech said because of the mask but yet I witnessed you and other associates speaking quietly and discreetly to others regarding their meds. Left SMH...still shaking my head every time I think about it. Fortunately, this is not my regular location. I won't even mention how ghetto scary this location is. Whew! Get some decent lights in that crazieee parking lot and some real security. Jeeeeez!!!

  The gm seems to be better than most. The Bakery is above average. The pharmacist is very helpful & not only that but you can tell he really does care & really does want to help. The only thing missing here is a little clinic. I really like those with the Insurance i have its free. So therefore i really wish this one would get one. However, that's out of the employees of this stores control so that's why i still gave this store a 5 bc the point im trying to make is the employees really do there best to do a good job here. Good job madison krogers! I hope corporate gives ya'll raises & promotions for all the good work youve done the past year of me shopping here!
