  We went to Kroger 01/23/2026 in the snow/ freezing rain Storm. Kroger was Open and had everything we desired, including Fuel. Kroger Employees were Very busy, Kind, Very Helpful. 5-STAR

  At least three times my wife and I have received notification that our prescriptions were ready only to find out, after the 20 minute drive to the store, that they were not. Then the last time they wouldn't let me pick it up a day early, which I understand, but when I went to get it they informed me that they had sold out the day before. Gave me a two day supply and necessitated yet another trip. I chose Kroger pharmacy because I grocery shop there and save fuel points; pharmacy fuel points are a joke: the maximum number for a prescription is 25 regardless of cost. I am in the process of changing health care providers and will probably rethink my pharmaceutical needs in due course. Update: managed to have our prescriptions, as advertised, no hassle and no extra trip. It was "4X Fuel Points Friday" so I got double fuel points. Go figure. So I doubled up on the star rating. That's two now, folks; I'm impressed, but not much.

  The female pharmacist named Taylor there is absolutely terrible and extremely rude . Today I went to get pick up ONE prescription. I had called yesterday to confirm that my refill would be ready and the tech stated they had sent it over for the pharmacist to fill today. When I got there this morning, (they open at 8am) i was told it was not ready and it would be 20 minutes, which was fine I had some grocery shopping to do. Keep in mind I am recovering from a MVA and have a broken leg so getting around is difficult right now. After 40 minutes and no medication or update from the staff I went and did my best to move my motorized scooter to the side by the chairs to wait as I was getting tired. I did not bother the staff again with asking about my medication I was just sitting there quietly waiting, when this pharmacist, Taylor , loudly exclaimed as she was way behind the barricade, that they normally fill my type of medication between 8-9am , and if i had any issues she would be happy to have my medications transferred to another pharmacy. Shocked and when I managed to pick my mouth off the floor , I reminded her that I had just been waiting and had not uttered a word. I have never had bad service at this pharmacy and have used them for years but I wont be anymore, do yourself a favor make sure you dont bother Taylor when its time for to get pick up your medication.
