We went to Kroger 01/23/2026 in the snow/ freezing rain Storm. Kroger was Open and had everything we desired, including Fuel. Kroger Employees were Very busy, Kind, Very Helpful. 5-STAR

Called to check on prescription. Was told it would be ready in a couple hours. Drove from Eagleville(home) and waited in Line for 30min. Then was told my prescription for a non-schedule medication wasn’t due for another week and they couldn’t fill it? Why did I drive thirty minutes one way? For nothing? Why was I told they would get it ready then be told no? Very unprofessional and I will be moving my scripts somewhere else.

The pharmacists always has my rx for my kids ready asap. I tell them how long I'll be in the area and they're sure they'll have them ready. Very accommodating and pleasant!
