  This was super easy, & I’d def come back for labs again! I was in & out in about 10min, & the nurse was great!

  Very disappointing experince. There is no front desk and kiosk would not allow me to make a request to talk to anyone, no one answered the phones. I needed to simply pick up a urine test kit to bring home for my daughter to take and was unable to collect because I couldn't reach anyone. I was there for about 10 min and never saw 1 technician open the secured door and the waiting room was full of people.

  Everything went so smoothly. I arrived about 9 minutes before my appointment and was actually finished one minute before my scheduled time. I have never had that happen at any medical appointment in my life.

  Tina is fantastic at her job and so friendly and sweet. I always wish she’s there when I come in. I go in for routine blood draws and initially tried to do a walk in where I ended up waiting 2.5 ish hours. It was busy and I didn’t know how to book an appointment ahead of time. Lesson learned I now book my appointments online and I arrive at the appointment time and get back and seen within 5 minutes. Waiting area was clean, staff was friendly, and process (booking an appointment) was easy. Recommended booking an appointment over a walk in with this location but otherwise great place.

  Very fast check in- very close service to the appointment time. Technician (Sundeep) was courteous, speedy, thorough, and took great care to not hurt me.
