Made appointment showed up ahead of my appointment only to be told they had no one there to do tue physical. Told to come backnon Monday, I have to work. So ,thanks for wasting my time!!!!!

Wouldn’t answer the phone, literally had to call 3 times then wait for someone at the actual Kroger store to page someone. Obviously 2 people on staff which is ridiculous ☹️at best. Not friendly or really helpful. Told to come back to do a test over!!!! Well of course!!! More insurance money for you guys ☹️😞 And the last person that I spoke with couldn’t have cared less how my daughter felt. Would never go back 👎 Tried to change to 1 star unsuccessfully
- JSJonathan SlaytonFeb 17, 20211.0The website CLEARLY gives a walk-in wait time. So that clearly means you take walk-ins. I came in as a walk-in just now. I’ve been standing in line at least 10 minutes. As the woman at the counter is helping the man in front of me, well into helping him I might add. She suddenly decides to ask me if I gave a question. I look dumbfounded apparently. I said no. She says, “what do you need then? Do you have an appointment?” I said, “No, I think I have an ear infection. I’d like to see the doctor.” She says to be with the most hateful tone, “Sir, you have to make an appointment! We don’t take walk-ins anymore.” I said, “I’m sorry. I didn’t know. Your website says that you do.” She didn’t even offer to schedule an appointment or tell me that it has to b e done online or anything. I have never been to the Little Clinic before and I most definitely WILL NOT be coming back!
