    It baffles me to wait 20-25 minutes behind one person in the drive thru. Either their prescriptions are ready to pick up or not.

    Kroger Pharmacy – 1418 W Main St, Lebanon, TN I had a very upsetting experience at this location. When I went to check on my prescriptions, I was first treated rudely in the drive-thru by Amber, who repeatedly called me “ma’am” even after I had given my full name. She then told me to circle around the building instead of handling the matter professionally. Once inside, I was helped by the pharmacist Alyssa, who proceeded to speak as loudly as possible about my prescriptions and potential medical conditions while other customers were standing close behind me. This was a clear violation of my privacy and of HIPAA protections. Not only was it embarrassing, but it showed a complete disregard for patient confidentiality. Due to the seriousness of this matter, I will be filing a formal complaint with the state. Patients deserve respect, professionalism, and—most importantly—privacy when dealing with their health information. Unfortunately, this pharmacy failed to provide that.

    I have used this pharmacy for years but it is getting awful when no one answers the phone when you call. I just called to see if my prescription has been called in and it rang 45 times and still no answer. I also went Monday to pick up my husbands medicine that was called in that morning and waited in line for 45 minutes and had to leave to pick up grandchildren and then back at 5:30 and still had to wait 50 minutes that time before I got medicine. They need more help so people do not have to stand and wait that long to pick up prescriptions, it is ridiculous to have to wait that long.
