- MCMichelle CollierSep 3, 20251.0Kroger Pharmacy – 1418 W Main St, Lebanon, TN I had a very upsetting experience at this location. When I went to check on my prescriptions, I was first treated rudely in the drive-thru by Amber, who repeatedly called me “ma’am” even after I had given my full name. She then told me to circle around the building instead of handling the matter professionally. Once inside, I was helped by the pharmacist Alyssa, who proceeded to speak as loudly as possible about my prescriptions and potential medical conditions while other customers were standing close behind me. This was a clear violation of my privacy and of HIPAA protections. Not only was it embarrassing, but it showed a complete disregard for patient confidentiality. Due to the seriousness of this matter, I will be filing a formal complaint with the state. Patients deserve respect, professionalism, and—most importantly—privacy when dealing with their health information. Unfortunately, this pharmacy failed to provide that.
