- SMsadie monroeFeb 27, 20191.0i went to the little clinic in lakeland a couple weeks ago, i was very sick. the doctor came in and didn’t seem to care that i didn’t feel good. she checked my vitals & pointed out something that was totally off topic of me being sick which was none of her concern in the first place. she gave me a steroid pack which made me sicker than i was before, went back the next day & they gave me a Z pack, never sent it in to walgreens. i couldn’t get out of bed the NEXT day, so i went to St francis on park & the nurse finally diagnosed me with a sinus infection & gave me proper medicine. i will NOT be back to little clinic & even the receptionist was VERY rude. i’ll advise everyone in my area to not go unless you want to be even more sick and irritated at the unprofessionalisim. i work in customer service and that’s NOT how you treat customers ESPECIALLY sick ones. somebody needs to re check who they hire before hiring them.

For about 2 hrs she did not have a receptionist and was having to check in and treat patients alone. She was very calm and and made the best out of a difficult situation! She took her time and treated each patient with respect and thorough examinations. Great job Ms.Smith!!!!!!!
