- HJHerman Joseph2 days ago1.0I was deferred for my return level TWICE apparently and didn’t get notified about the first incident, then the second incident I confirmed with phlebotomist if I was okay to use the restroom, she said “yes you’re under 200 you’re fine”. I then had problems with payment, called and was told I could not donate again for 2 months. When asked if anything could be fixed, I was told no even though I was not aware of both instances. I won’t be back and it’s a shame because it has been very beneficial for me.

- AJAlecia JacksonNov 13, 20255.0I've never donated anywhere before KedPlasma, and I probably never will after having such a positive experience here. The staff is so friendly and caring! I have tiny veins, and my very first time I went I was slightly dehydrated and they suggested I come back another day after drinking plenty of water because they didn't want my first donation to be an unpleasant experience. I've since donated 18 times and this week was the first time I've had to have a re-stick (I bumped the needle, my bad), and then ended up having a vasovagal response because I was dumb and didn't eat right before donating. There were immediately three people by my side, giving me ice packs, a fan and smelling packets. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond, especially when this tiny-veined drama queen should know better. Also, they pay very well and it never takes me more than an hour for the entire process (I typically donate at 3:00 pm during the week). So, in summation: thank you so much to the wonderful staff who takes such good care of their donors ❤️ Sincerely, a proud member of the IBVC (Itty-Bitty Vascular Committee)
