  Today was our 1st experience w/ Kroger Little Clinic. Krystal, NP was professional, knowledgeable and so kind to my 93 y/o aunt. The convenience of not having to go to the hospital environment and the Dr office was great. A real time saver w/ quality care.

  Refuse to go anymore, the rudest, most condescending employees I’ve ever met. Truly never had a worse experience in customer service.

  The mid level providers have treated me several times. They were always professional, easy to talk with and covered everything.

  I made the appointment with the hold your spot on the online application with my phone. We got here at 3:40pm, and were 2nd on the list to be seen. We were a bit after the time we were given, but still got in before our spot was gotten to. It is now 5:06pm, and 4 people have been seen ahead of us. We got here a bit after we were told, but were still here before we got to the front of the line. After the first on the list was seen, we were then first, but the people who signed in at the store, but after we signed in on the online hold your spot. They were seen before us. What is the point of the hold your spot, if it doesn't matter when you get there? You won't be seen according to the sign in time, because you didn't sign in in person. Those people will still be seen before you, even though you signed in at noon, and them at 3pm, but because they were there all that time waiting, and I had sense to preschedule the appointment I'll just have to wait. That's not right.
