- CCChris CooperApr 3, 20265.0The folks at the Knoxville Turkey Creek Target optical have always been extremely helpful. Christene made it super easy to get my new lenses ordered and she was very pleasant. However, I have to give a special shout out to Greg. I didn’t realize what time the department closed but I was walking up about 10 minutes too late. Greg just happened to be walking out of the side door when he saw me standing at the closed gate. I told him that I was just there to have some lenses popped in and did not realize what time they closed. He was so extremely nice, that he opened the gate back up, got my lenses and put them in for me. Once installed, HE was not satisfied with the slightly loose fit and ordered me a new set of lenses on the spot. Wow, talk about Customer Service, going above and beyond……..AND he did it with a great attitude!!! Thank you!!!!!
