  I could not ask for a better experience with having a couple teeth pulled, and an implant. They were ready to go right on time very thorough and explaining what they were doing and what they did afterwards. They went over all my instructions and questions and then at 7:30 that night Dr. Shanks called me to see how I was doing. I have pretty high standards coming from government contracting. I can honestly say Dr. Shanks and his team sit at the top 1% of what they do based on my experiences!

  I was pretty nervous about having both upper 2nd molars removed, but after meeting with Dr. Shanks, I felt completely at ease. He took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable from the start. The procedure itself was quick and most importantly, painless! Dr. Shanks and his team were fantastic. Super friendly staff, great experience overall. Highly recommend!

  Dr. Shanks was very personable, careful, concerned about my comfort during the procedure, and efficient. Office staff were friendly; billing was straightforward and clearly outlined. His office worked well with my dentist's office -- coordination and directions regarding procedural issues were outstanding.
