  They got us in immediately which was great and then when I asked to nurse my daughter during the blood draw we were told no. Although this information was disappointing it wasn’t the end of the world, but the real disappointment was how the information was delivered. A random employee came in that I was not addressing at the time and interrupted my question by replying with a curt “no”, leaving me to fish for information which is never a good feeling as a parent. There was no sympathy or freely given explanation, and my polite questions were met with curt answers, almost to the point that it seemed my inquiry an annoyance. My daughter has given blood every few months of her life and this is usually routine for us. Nursing has never been an issue, although we understand maybe different states have different guidelines, the way this was handled was unsavory. We will not be returning to this Quest location which is a disappointment because it had such great online reviews but I would not recommend taking your children here.

  Let’s be honest: I’m a bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to having my blood drawn, but I truly appreciate the experience I recently had at Quest. First of all, the booking and checking process was a breeze. Secondly, my phlebotomist was so kind and did a wonderful job soothing my anxiety and distracting me during the process. She was lovely, and all the other staff I encountered also took a moment to wish me a good day. Definitely recommend if you are needing bloodwork and looking for a convenient and friendly option.

  Tonia, Park West Blvd., Knoxville Tn, was my phlebotomist. She was excellent. I’m a hard stick and she breezed through it. I am great for a professional!

  Quest lab testing is superior! Staff friendly and very qualified. As a walk in we were seen in a very short time. The negative comments I have are in regards to two issues. (1) Your Results. (2). Their online site can’t be navigated by a professional!! I have tried 6 times to get my results with no success. It has told me my name was incorrect ; my date of birth was incorrect, my user ID incorrect,.. and when I did get far enough to try and scan my government ID it didn’t take it!! After 6 attempts you’re locked out ! I have reached out to Quest 2 times with no response. I’m very disappointed
