  They were so helpful in every part of managing my insurance, returning calls, helping to reduce my anxiety from the very beginning. Dr. Pickett is top notch and I am glad I was referred to them from the start.

  Dr Pickett and his entire staff are wonderful. I absolutely have such a fear of Dental procedures and they make it so easy. They are kind and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them. This is my third implant and each and everyone has been non-painful and not stressful.

  Dr. Chet Matsuura was amazing to our son. The procedure went great. The staff called a few hours later to check up. Then Dr. Matsuura called a few days later to ensure everything was healing. Highly recommend.

  I stopped in the office and dropped off my paperwork. As soon as I had insurance approval, I was quickly scheduled for my procedure. Dr. Matsuura talked me through what I should expect from the procedure on the day of the consultation. An opening came up and I was quickly scheduled and everything was taken care of. Dr. Matsuura Made me feel very comfortable with his lighthearted jokes and friendly personality. The staff was wonderful, very professional and caring.They called me the next day to make sure everything was OK. I would recommend this office for any of your oral surgeon needs. I am happy to give them five stars.

  This office gets 5 star from me! From the staff, to Dr. Pickett himself! I had upper extractions, alveoplasty, and an frenectomy. I had unfortunate luck with dentists & genetics. I’m 25 and didn’t see myself in this position, but I did. The consultation went awesome, and he shook my hand and talked to me like a person! He validated my concerns, and actually told me what was right about my previous experiences and what he found was wrong. The lady at scheduling gave me a hug after telling her my experience before leaving that day. Fast forward to my surgery, it went wonderfully. He asked me what music I liked and put it on! Everyone just made me feel so at peace with my decision. I went to a private room where I recovered before getting to the car! An hour and a half later I received my first post-op call to check on me. These people get five stars from me! Their office gets a five star as well! This place is clean, and so kind. ❤️🦷 Thank you to everyone who made me feel truly heard, and taken care of.
