They have never filled a rx in a timely manner and speak condescendingly and treat customers as if we are an inconvenience. Truly the worst pharmacy I've ever used. Save yourself the headache and nonsense and simply go to the Walgreens down the street.

Brought 2 prescriptions in and it's 716 pm they told me it would be 845pm till they are filled. This isn't the first time they have done it to me. I have MS and they are making me wait this long. I spend alot of money at this Krogers and I really do think I need to spend my money elsewhere. Bad Customer service. It wouldn't be if they had other people waiting and if this wasn't the first time but isn't. I guess they don't want my business and as soon as I can I will leave. Food City treated me so much better reason I wasn't going to them was the drive but if your treated like this it's a no brainer.
