  My Adderall is always short from this pharmacy. I've asked for it to be counted, and nothing. Called to file a formal complaint, was hung up on. Switching pharmacies, but my stimulants have been significantly shorted by several missing pills each time. Unsure if I should call the police and make a report or not, since Kroger would just deny. Posting this review to warn others to count their pills out at pickup, or just go elsewhere. Routinely taking and pocketing 5-10 stimulants off each person's prescription would indicate it's for personal use or to be resold (obviously illegal in both cases). This needs to be looked into. Editing to add that before I got my prescriptions transferred here, I had spoken to one of the pharmacists or techs. She sounded like an older woman. Beyond awful, but I decided after talking to my Dr that it shouldn't stop me from getting my medication. But the woman lost her temper and was threatening me (didn't know my name, my prescriptions weren't there yet, so very weird!) and had raised her voice. My question was if they had my dosage in stock and she completely lost her mind. That should've been enough for me to avoid completely, but missing pills of a controlled substance is criminal and I never anticipated that happening.

  Drive thru very slow. 4 cars took 30min in line

  If you want to be on time for anything including the Rapture don't use the drive thru pharmacy. Nice people but ridiculous wait times. I'm talking 15 minutes or more.

  Poor folks seem understaffed , but generally very nice.
